What good answers contain

Listen for an instinct for accuracy and standards, an understanding of evidence-based practice, consistency under pressure, and a sense of responsibility for the quality of both their own and the team's work.

Signs of a weak answer

Watch for a relaxed attitude to standards, no way of checking accuracy, treating quality as optional when busy, or no awareness of how quality is maintained consistently.
